本政策適用對象
僅適用於 SLL 在 ChatGPT 的 Custom GPT「Actions」功能所觸發的資料處理：

  • 使用 WordPress 公開 API 進行站內文章搜尋；

  • 在對話中提供 Google 表單連結（由你自願填寫）。

本政策不涵蓋 ChatGPT 平台本身對談資料的處理；該部分受 OpenAI 之政策約束。

我們在 Actions 中做什麼

  • 站內搜尋：GPT 會呼叫 https://www.smartlifelab.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts?search=<關鍵字> 取得文章標題與連結，回覆「延伸閱讀」。

  • 推表單：當找不到合適文章或你有意願接收提醒時，GPT 會貼出 Google 表單連結：https://forms.gle/EyXKzpFxL2oLesA66。

我們取得哪些資料

1) 站內搜尋（自動）

  • 送出的內容：搜尋關鍵字（由 GPT 根據你的問題組成）。

  • 我們的伺服器可能記錄：標準網頁記錄（IP、時間戳、User-Agent、請求路徑）。

  • 我們不會取得：你的 ChatGPT 帳戶資料、對話原文。

2) Google 表單（你自願填寫）

  • 你可能提供：Email、關注主題、可選的健康關切（不需提供醫療紀錄）。

  • 資料處理者：Google（表單服務供應商），另受 Google 隱私政策約束。SLL 僅在你提交後收到表單回覆。

我們為何處理

  • 合法利益：提供更相關的站內延伸閱讀，維持網站安全與除錯（伺服器記錄）。

  • 你的同意：若你主動填寫表單，我們用於寄送教學內容、提醒與產品更新。你可隨時撤回。

我們如何使用與分享

  • 站內搜尋僅用於回覆你當次對話的延伸閱讀。

  • 表單資料僅用於你勾選/同意的用途（內容更新、提醒、日後 OutliveIQ 通知）。

  • 不販售個資。必要時僅與受委託之服務商（主機、電郵發送）共享，並以契約保障。

保存期間

  • 伺服器存取記錄：預設 90 天（或依你的主機設定；請置換）。

  • 表單回覆：最長 24 個月 或你提出刪除請求時（以較早者為準）。

你的權利

你可要求：存取、更正、刪除、限制處理、資料可攜、撤回同意。
請寄信至 <你的聯絡 email>，我們將於合理期間回覆。若你位於 EEA/UK，可向在地主管機關申訴；若你位於台灣，適用個資法（PDPA）。

安全

全站 HTTPS；僅限最小必要權限。Plan A 下我們不使用 API 金鑰寫入資料；未來若升級寫入端點，將另行公告。

兒少

本服務不面向 16 歲以下。如你未滿 16 歲，請勿提交個人資料。

Who we are

Scope
This notice applies only to data processing triggered by our Custom GPT Actions inside ChatGPT:

  • Calling our WordPress public API to search posts;

  • Showing a Google Form link you may submit voluntarily.
    (OpenAI processes chat content under its own terms.)

What the Actions do

  • Site search: the GPT calls https://www.smartlifelab.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts?search=<keyword> to fetch titles/links for “Further reading.”

  • Form prompt: if no relevant post is found or you opt in, the GPT shows a Google Form link: https://forms.gle/EyXKzpFxL2oLesA66.

Data we receive

1) Site search (automatic)

  • Sent: search keywords (constructed by the GPT).

  • Server logs may include: IP address, timestamp, user-agent, request path.

  • We do not receive: your ChatGPT account identity or full conversation text.

2) Google Form (voluntary submission)

  • You may provide: email, topics of interest, optional health concerns (no medical records required).

  • Processor: Google (subject to Google’s privacy policy). SLL receives responses only after you submit.

Why we process

  • Legitimate interests: provide relevant on-site reading; maintain security and debug via standard logs.

  • Consent: if you submit the form, we use your data to send educational content, reminders, and product updates. You can withdraw anytime.

Use and sharing

  • Search is used solely to return links during the session.

  • Form data is used only for the purposes you consent to (content updates, reminders, future OutliveIQ notices).

  • No sale of personal data. Sharing only with service providers (hosting, email) under contract and minimum necessary scope.

Retention

  • Server access logs: 90 days (or per your hosting policy; replace as needed).

  • Form responses: up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
Contact <your email>. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Taiwan residents’ rights are protected under the PDPA.

Security

HTTPS; least-privilege access. Under Plan A we do not use write APIs or API keys. If we enable write endpoints later, we will update this notice.

Children

Not directed to individuals under 16. Do not submit personal data if under 16.

Changes

We may update this notice and will indicate the effective date.admin
